Original photography by explorer Wayne Osborn. He was formerly the CEO of an Australian company and after retiring he/his wife dedicated themselves to conservation issues. Their landscape and underwater photography has won national and international awards. They specialize in wildlife and conservation photography and they are part of a national project in Australia to determine whale population levels. While on a research expedition in the Indian Ocean, a humpback whale used his huge tail to slap the surface perhaps as a warning.
Handmade prints of Tail Slap monochrome are available on either Archival Paper or Polished Metal. Metal prints come with a wall mounting attachment that may be installed to an interior or exterior wall and the print attached. The metal prints are waterproof and don't fade in the sun.
