Refunds, Exchanges, Returns
We do offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been damaged. Please return the item within the first 30 days of purchase. The information below will help to ensure your return or exchange is handled and processed quickly.
* DO contact us at orders@swpmedia.com in order to receive a return authorization number.* DO include your Order Number when contacting us.
* DO include your Reason when contacting us for the return.
* DO ship it back to us within 30 days of the order being placed.* DO tell us within 5 days of delivery if you believe the package was damaged while shipping. This will ensure that we can move quickly to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order please contact us ASAP! Upon receipt of an order we will begin the printing and order fulfillment process within 1-2 days. Notifying us of a cancellation quickly helps to keep us from printing the item and helps us with keeping our prices down. Upon order cancellation we will issue a full refund of your payment. If the item has shipped we will refund your payment once we have received the item back to our location.
Refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
